My Coming Out in the nineties was fueled by two things: fetish partys and the internet.

While the emerging fetish scene provided a very liberal environment, the internet turned out to be a powerful tool for creating identities. In online chats being female became a purely mental experience, not disturbed by any physical irritation. Changing gender was nothing but an act of will. For the first time I really felt like a girl.

This picture was taken by Götz. We met in Cycosmos, an online community that doesn't exist any more. He was looking for models for an exhibition titled "Women and their Bodies". I told him I was a transvestite, but he was still interested...

In Cycosmos I also chatted with another photographer. He was interested in bondage. He said he had no experience with tv's but would like to try it, hoping it might make his wife less jealous.
